How Do I Cancel An Order?
We understand that sometimes circumstances may change and you may need to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team: The fastest way to cancel an order is to contact our customer service team as soon as possible, ideally within the first 12 hours of placing the order. You can do this by email, or live chat.
Provide the necessary information: To cancel your order, we may need certain information from you, such as your name, order number, and reason for cancellation. Please provide this information to us as accurately and completely as possible so that we can process your request quickly.
Receive confirmation of cancellation: Once we have received and processed your cancellation request, we will provide you with a confirmation of cancellation via email or other means. We will also issue a refund if applicable.
Please note that we strongly encourage customers to report cancellations within the first 12 hours of placing the order, as after this time, your order may have already been processed and shipped, making it more difficult to cancel the order. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but we will do our best to assist you with returns or exchanges. It's important to note that gift cards are not eligible for cancellation.

Receive instructions for return: Once we have received your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
Receive a refund: Once we have received and inspected the item(s) you returned, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Some orders are not eligible for returns, such as cosmetics, non clip on earrings, lingerie and underwear / shapewear for hygienic reasons.
