Where are you located?
We are located in South Elgin, Illinois (USA) about an hour and 15 minutes away from downtown Chicago.
Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?
No. We sell directly through our website as well as Amazon. This keeps our cost down and our prices affordable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) through Shopify, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Amazon Pay is coming soon.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
No, but we are definitely going to offer it in the near future.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We ship to almost every country in the world.
What are your shipping rates?
Just add the items to your cart and select your state (USA) or country from the list to get a real-time shipping fee.
How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?
Most orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.
Domestic Shipping (within the USA)
- Standard Shipping (USPS First Class and Priority): 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping (USPS Express Mail): 3-5 business days
International Shipping (varies per country)
- First Class International: 3-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)
- Priority International: 10-15 business days (customs processing times vary)
We also offer UPS, FedEx, and DHL as our other methods of shipping.
I live outside the U.S. Will I be charged additional fees for customs or taxes?
Most definitely. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24-hrs for the link to activate. Once the packages leave the US, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority at Geny's Outlet. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Are your clothes true to fit and size?
Most of our clothes are true to fit and size. We do our best to add a note to each if they are not.
Can you notify me when a product is back in stock?
Yes, of course. If a product is out of stock, you can either send us an email, use Facebook Messenger on the upper right of your screen, or subscribe to the Geny's Outlet Newsletter, follow us on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
